2.0L TSI engine has been upgraded with an APR stage 3 turbocharger system with three performance levels. In Full Power mode the Performance CC brings 311 hp and 313 lbs. ft. torque; GT mode offers 252 hp and 268 lbs. ft. of torque; and in the Eco mode 222 hp and 236 lbs. ft. of torque. Also included is the APR stainless steel performance exhaust system. Key fact to take note of is that in the Eco performance mode, horsepower went up, as well as fuel economy. A production 2.0T CC automatic gets 28 hwy/19 city and our CC in Eco mode gets 33 hwy, 27 city. Even the full power mode showed a fuel economy increase!

Razer Megalodon Gaming Headset

Razer, a company more well known for their range of gaming peripherals, has unveiled its Maelstrom Audio Engine for its Megalodon headphones this time round that has nothing to do with a pointing device. This 7.1 surround sound gaming headset uses military grade audio technology which is capable of processing audio algorithms up to 8 times faster compared to standard HRTF virtual surround sound technologies. I don’t know about you, but do gamers need that level of detail? After all, you aren’t watching a movie or listening to a world-class orchestra playing in the first place. I suppose most people won’t be able to tell the difference in quality during a frantic gaming session, where you are more concerned with taking your opponent out or running for cover at that point in time. The Razer Megalodon will retail for 139.99 Euros and can switch between stereo and 7.1 surround sound on-the-fly thanks to its control pod.

Yet another game I am way to stoked for. I will have my hands full in 2009 with Street Fighter IV and Diablo III… someone save me!!

The long-awaited fourth entry in the Street Fighter series. Street Fighter IV features a mix of returning favorites such as Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li and Guile along with new characters created for this game, such as Crimson Viper, Abel, El Fuerte, and Rufus. Characters and environments are rendered in stylized 3D, while the game is played in the classic Street Fighter 2D perspective with additional 3D camera flourishes. Six-button controls for the game return, with a host of new special moves and features integrated into the input system.
